If you decide to cook frozen chicken in your electric pressure cooker, you can use any kind of chicken. For example you can use frozen chicken thighs like we did in this recipe, or you can use frozen chicken legs, or even frozen chicken breast. The only thing that is required is that you adjust the cooking time based on how thick the chicken is you are cooking. In this particular instant pot recipe, we used frozen chicken thighs. And because our frozen chicken thighs were in a big lump, we needed to extend the cooking time to 40 minutes. However if your frozen chicken thighs are separated, you can use 30 minutes to ensure that your chicken is fully cooked. There are some folks that say you can use less time, for example 20 minutes.

On this video we will talk about Instant Pot Frozen Chicken. That is to say, we will show you an Instant Pot Recipe, for Frozen Chicken Thighs. The great thing about having an Electric Pressure Cooker is that you don't have to worry about what's for dinner. All you need to do is open up the freezer, pull out some frozen chicken, and plop it in your Instant Pot.
